Order Return and replacement or Refund
Returns and replacements are accepted only for damaged products.
- An open box video is mandatory at the time of delivery.
- Replacement requests must be raised within 3 days of receiving the product.
- Products without an open box video will not be eligible for return or replacement.
Once verified, a replacement will be arranged at the earliest.
